The Show annually welcomes over 350 Trade Stands. In 2025 the Show welcomed over 75 Agricultural Trade Stands, of which 14 were machinery dealerships and there were more than 40 Food & Drink Producers. Alongside which there were hundreds more exhibitors from local independent businesses, from solicitors to craft artisans.

The trade stand application will ask you for both a risk assessment and a fire risk assessment to be uploaded, as well as an image of both your stand and your product. You may use your own risk assessments as long as they are current. If you need a template for either of these risk assessments you can find downloadable templates below.
