The Show where Business gets done

The Show annually welcomes over 500 Trade Stands. In 2024 the Show welcomed over 75 Agricultural Trade Stands, of which 12 were machinery dealerships and there were more than 40 local Food & Drink Producers. Alongside which there were hundreds more exhibitors from local independent businesses, from solicitors to craft artisans.

2025 Trade Stand Applications

The link below will take you to our database partner, Showing Scenes. Applying this way means that our small team in the office gets the relevant information from you and we don’t have to enter it into our system ourselves. This means we can spend more time working with you our traders to get the best out of our show. We’d be grateful if you could apply this way.

The trade stand application will ask you for both a risk assessment and a fire risk assessment to be uploaded, as well as an image of both your stand and your product. You may use your own risk assessments as long as they are current. If you need a template for either of these risk assessments you can find downloadable templates at the bottom of the page.
